About the SDMS Foundation
The Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (SDMS) Foundation is a nonprofit
charitable organization permanently affiliated with the Society of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
The SDMS Foundation was formed in June, 2009.
The SDMS Foundation is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as a tax exempt public charity described in Section 501(c)(3) of the
Internal Revenue Code. Donations to the SDMS Foundation will be deductible to the extent
permitted by law (donors should consult a tax professional for more information).
